About the Author

Mark Allen Rogers has held leadership positions in the commercial nuclear industry in the United States, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. His formal education in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and Systems Engineering at Colorado State University led to the development of a new methodology for process improvement of regulated administrative processes.
